2002 Riesling

This Riesling is typical of what has been described as the best vintage in a decade. The warm autumn days and cool nights experienced during the ripening period resulted in great flavour development and retention in the riesling grapes. Harvested early in April this wine is outstanding as a youngster but is going to greatly reward anyone who cellars it for the next 5-10 years or so.

The 2002 Riesling displays floral, musk stick and citrus aromas with lime and lemon flavours. An elegant and stylish Riesling with a soft rounded palate and clean acid finish intends to touch more people.
