窖藏：成串采摘。浸渍一个晚上，保持低温发酵（低于20°）
本品呈红宝石色，酒体清澈。散发葡萄品种本身的果香，以及黑果香(李子，黑莓，樱桃)。口感非常讨喜，红果味道悠长不息。建议配餐烤肉（牛排）马肉，奶酪土豆蔬菜类。

The color of the wine looks like ruby and is clear and bright.Aromas of original grape and added up by that of black fruits like plum, blackberry and cherry, together with lengthy taste of red fruits, increase its very unique appeal. Better to serve with meat like barbeque, steak, horse meat and the like. Also tastes excellent with cheese, potato and vegetable.
