Chinese agents should provide following materials before application to customs

1.         Business license (agent)

2.         Origin and copy of winery's "production license", it should be provided by authorized institution or organization of original country

3.         Origin and copy of winery's "hygiene license": It should be provided by authorized institution or organization of original country

4.         Origin and copy of winery's wine production's procedures and crafts It only needs simple crafts' procedures and explanations, and print company's seal and sign principal's name.

5.         Sample of Chinese brand. Keep the original foreign explanations in the front facet and there should be corresponding translation in Chinese brand, meanwhile characters of Chinese brand should be larger than those of foreign brand. The sample's size should be the same as the origin. It could be color printed.

6.         Importing contract of products

7.         Consignment bill of goods

8.         Invoices of goods

You should apply one brand for each variety of wine. Wine's Chinese name should not be identical with any of those imported wine that have existed in the market. If there is any copy, you should raise another name.
