Handcrafted by Dr Sergio Carlei from single estate vineyards in the Upper Goulburn and Heathcote regions in Central Victoria. The wine has been matured in French oak barrels for 24 months. Rich in Cabernet Sauvignon flavours including blackberry fruits and black olive notes with fine tannins to be enjoyed now and will improve with age.
