The 2006 FISH ROCK, Australian Chardonnay is golden straw green in colour, it projects subtle delicate yet persistent and pure fruit. Its nose shows concentrated delicate white peach, tropical fruit, apples and fig aroma. The palate is well balanced and structured with a soft creamy finish. A fine wine.
