相信大家有听说过“黑狗得食，白狗当灾”这句古语！阿KEN和深圳的几位酒业朋友于今年5月底在香港的Vinexpo国际酒展走了几圈。在其中的一个下午我们拜访了西班牙展馆的几家酒厂摊位，找到性价比挺好的一些葡萄酒。几方交换了名片后便当场品试了一些酒办，我们还要求人家稍后寄几瓶酒样过来，看看有没有进一步的商机。

问题正从这里开始了。。。这些西班牙酒厂代表（当中不乏是庄主老板本人）一反常态，在6月上旬很认真地寄来酒办。继后还每周来电邮查询到底哪一款可被接受，哪一款可有订单。看来这些酒厂从不跟深圳的酒业朋友沟通，只管找阿KEN便是，弄得我不好意思。人家暑假回来便马上来电，老是问同一番问题。

阿KEN基于事态严重，最终在近日找来有关深圳酒业朋友，把其中一家位于华伦西亚名为CHERUBINO VALSANGIACOMO的酒厂所提供的酒办作全面品试，把结果告知人家，放下心头大石。有关品酒笔记以原文邗登如下，供诸同好：

CARRANC Tinto Seco (Red Dry) NV with Russian text Alc 12% 750ml

Medium garnet color with medium intensity. Perfume and paraffin fragrance on the nose. Mature kiwi and mango flavors on the palate. Decent tannin with light body. The acidity is not quite obvious although the fruity base is not apparent too. The finish is semi-dry to the Asian palate although it is a bit crispy with slight touch of spicy flavor.

MARQUES DE CARO BLANCO ALTO TURIA (White) 2007 Alc 12.5% 750ml

Transparent light yellow color with sufficient shininess. This white grape output special notes of fresh avocado and ripen lemon scent to the nose. Peach and pear flavors lingering on the palate. Smooth tannin with medium body. Balance of sweetness and acidity without apparent alcoholic feeling. Semi-dry and medium finish with early-ripen star fruit flavor.

MARQUES DE CARO ROSADO (Rose) NV Alc 12% 750ml

Its medium intense rose pink hue is attractive although it is a bit lack of shininess. The Bobal grape released implicit floral fragrance with slight touch of plastic flavor to the nose with pickled melon on the palate. The tannin is smooth and the body is light to medium. The acidity became high just before being swallowed but acceptable. The after taste was semi-dry and short but not crispy. The plastic cork had definitely affected the flavor.

MARQUES DE CARO TINTO TEMPRANILLO (Red) NV Alc 14% 750ml

Medium intense purple color with blended plum and olive flavors to the nose. Rough tannin and light body on the palate with pickled berry flavor. Alcoholic strength was distinctive, followed by apparent bitterness and acidity. The finish was dry and spicy as well as short. The plastic cork had definitely affected the flavor.

MARQUES DE CARO RESERVA 2001 (Red) Alc 13% 750ml

Medium intense dark purple color with preserved berry nose and herbal palate. The barrel fragrance had hidden since bottle opening until over an hour. Olive and balsamic vinegar flavors dominated the mouth. Smooth tannin and medium body, lack of balance between sweetness and acidity. Alcoholic strength became obvious at the finish which was spicy and dry.
